Our ambition is clear: to open professional networks that were once reserved for a privileged few to all those who truly build the real economy every day.
Here, networking becomes a driver of action, not just a symbol of status.
The Impact Business Club is a community of action bringing together Congolese and international entrepreneurs with one shared goal: turning ideas into concrete results.
Through masterclasses, impactful training, and targeted networking events, the Club creates meaningful and measurable connections, where every member leaves with real value – a contact, an opportunity, or a partnership. An open and forward-looking network shaping the future of Africa’s economy.

To create a dynamic space in Kinshasa where entrepreneurs, executives, and leaders – both Congolese and international – can exchange ideas, find inspiration, and act together to develop concrete solutions that foster responsible economic growth.
To establish the Impact Business Club as the leading community for business innovation and collaboration in Central Africa, an open and measurable network where every encounter leads to real value creation – a new contact, an opportunity, or a concrete idea turned into action.
It all began during a Masterclass in Kinshasa.
A young entrepreneur asked the CEO of one of the country’s largest companies:
“What is the secret to your success?”
The CEO replied confidently:
“I’ve always been part of business clubs and professional federations. Networking is the key.”
That answer revealed a simple truth: many talented people do not have access to these circles of influence, even though they are essential for growth.
But the economy is not built by elites alone.
This realization gave birth to the Impact Business Club, symbolized by a golden inverted triangle, worn proudly as a pin by our members. It represents the opening of the pyramid, from the top down, as a symbol of inclusion, opportunity, and collective transformation.
The club brings together entrepreneurs, department heads, ICHEC and Sales Academy alumni, and all project leaders – both Congolese and international – who want to turn their ideas into concrete results.
